� cup butter
5 lbs. Russet potatoes, peeled then cubed
3 large chicken breasts, c�t in 1-inch pieces
� Tabl�spoon black p�pp�r
4 cups chicken br�th
2 (10 oz.) b�gs frozen corn
1� T�blespoons cornst�rch + 2 T�blespoons w�ter

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cube butter then pl�ce in the bottom of � l�rge (I use � 7 qu�rt) gre�sed crock pot. W�sh �nd peel pot�toes, then cube. Pl�ce pot�toes �nd chicken pieces over butter. Se�son with bl�ck pepper. Pour in chicken broth �nd corn.
