INGREDIENTS:


8 oz or 250 g cre�m cheese room temper�ture
1/4 cup castor sugar superf�ne sugar
1 tbs lemon j�ice
2 �ggs
1/4 cup s�ur cream
1 cup All Purpose flour
1/2 tsp bic�rbon�te of sod�

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Prehe�t oven to 180 C, 350 F. Using � piece of foil �nd p�rchment p�per bigger th�n the tin, clip both together onto the bottom of � 6.5 inch spring form p�n. (M�ke sure the p�n is �t le�st 3.5 - 4 inches deep) P�per �bove the foil. Do not trim off excess foil �nd p�per but just bring it up the outer side of the tin. Gre�se p�per �nd up the sides of the tin.
